The entire location is being redeveloped as part of the Thames Gateway regeneration. Its proponent councils and also federal government sponsors hence intend to draw in even more wealth and also income generation, specifically through the interaction with the massive shopping complex. This is reflected in enhanced residential or commercial property valuations, and also a little higher investing than in 20th century overspill estates which had a tendency to line the estuary. Its high street is much less substantial a destination than Bluewater, which is supplemented by a supermarket in the village. Greenhithe railway station apart, there is little in the location in addition to real estate. The Thames Gateway project has seen growth of household areas of the town such as Ingress Park and Waterstone Park, along with of commercial and service estates that nearly completely border the previous big district.
