Garage conversion professionals in Kent/England

If you have a rarely used garage area, why not look at a conversion in Belvedere and make the most from the home. Review as many as 4 free quotations with our service and find the best price for a conversion. One of the leading advantages with a garage conversion is the space can be transformed quickly for the extra room you will need, whether or not it’s for a growing family or just to add to the price of your home. A garage conversion suggests you won’t need to move for extra space, which often can save you thousands of pounds on solicitor costs, estate agent payments and stamp duty. And the extra room could be transformed into what you need, whether it’s an extension to the living area or kitchen, or a separate room entirely. With the infrastructure already in place it’s clear that a garage conversion will be less costly than building an extension as well, and won’t eat valuable space within your garden. With the exterior not likely to change too, it’s a great way to get around restrictions for conservation areas and also listed buildings. Should you be serious about transforming your garage, look at quotes from companies within Belvedere making use of our quick and simple service to receive the best offer available.

Belvedere is a town in south east London, England in the London Borough of Bexley. It’s located south east of Thamesmead and is located approximately 12 miles (19 kilometres) southeast of Charing Cross. Belvedere was in Kent, and still has a Kent postcode. It was a part of the Municipal Borough of Erith prior to 1965 and development work occurred prior to the Second World War, with substantial rebuilding work after the Blitz. Regardless of this, Upper Belvedere as well as the Village still contains a significant amount of its Victorian and Edwardian charm and character. Upper Belvedere contains a church and numerous Victorian and Edwardian brick villas. It features a number of regular pubs, restaurants and retail outlets. These include The Eardley Arms on Woolwich Road, The Vic on Victoria Street, The Royal Standard in the centre of the village plus the Fox in Belvedere village. Upper Belvedere also boasts a big park and a library which was close to being shut down due to the government’s cuts. Fortunately closure threats have been stopped as a result on the efforts on the local neighbourhood. A brand new ‘Splash Park’, which opened its doors in 2005, was a welcome addition for the village, having been created on the site of an old Victorian paddling pool. The splash park preserves parts of the original paddling pool structures. From 1898 to 1961, Callender’s Cable Works, at the Erith Works, was patron to Callender’s Cableworks Band, an amateur brass band made up of employees of the business. The band was a popular broadcaster on BBC Radio in the 1920s and 1930s. For all of your property upgrades, be certain that you choose reputable experts in Belvedere to make sure you get the very best quality service.
