It has become a lot more expensive to move house. Take into consideration each of the payments and fees for moving. There are the estate agents, solicitors and stamp duty, which can easily set you back thousands of pounds.
As a result, enhancing the property instead has become a lot more popularly in the UK. Why squander money on moving when you could add value to your own home. And extensions have proved among the best ways to do exactly this.
You could think about making use of some wasted space at home such as the loft or basement and focus on a conversion. But extensions are a more attractive option for many reasons. Sunrooms are similar to conservatories, with lots of natural light flooding into the extension due to large glass panes.

Burry Port is a small town on the outskirts of Llanelli in Carmarthenshire, Wales, lying on the Loughor tidewater (Moryd Llwchwr). The town’s population was 4,209 in the 2001 census as well as 4,240 in 2012. The community is residence to a harbour and also is where Amelia Earhart landed as the first lady to fly throughout the Atlantic Sea. The Pembrey Burrows sand dune as well as wetland system, home to a country park and the Cefn Sidan sands, lie nearby. The town also has a happy musical heritage and is likewise residence to Burry Port Opera, Male Choir and Burry Port Town Band. Burry Port exists 5 miles west of Llanelli community centre, but is in truth still included by Llanelli Town. It sits at the mouth of the Loughor tidewater, looking south in the direction of the attractive Gower peninsula. West of the community’s shoreline is Pembrey Burrows, a large location of burrow and marshland which historically occupied many square miles of land, a lot of which has later on been recovered. To the north of the community is capital Mynydd Pembrey, or Pembrey Mountain. More north exist the Gwendraeth Valleys. The Gwendraeth Fawr runs north easterly from Kidwelly for around twelve miles (19 km). The land around the valley itself consists of huge amounts of coal in addition to sedimentary rock. The Gwendraeth Fawr flows the length of the valley and joins its sibling river the Gwendraeth Fach west of Kidwelly before flowing right into Carmarthen Bay.
