Bingley is a market town within the metropolitan borough of the City of Bradford situated in West Yorkshire, England. The town is positioned on the River Aire along with the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, and is situated in Airedale to the south of Ilkley Moor. There are also effective transport links in the town, with a railway station located in the town centre along with the Leeds Bradford Airport close by. Barges on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal pass the Bingley Five Rise Locks, with visitors often watching barges navigating the locks.
