Would you like to swap your front door? There are many options available to you but none as well-liked as composite entrance doors. So why is this type of doorway the nation’s most popular and why should you think about it for your own house?
There are quite a few reasons to choose a composite door. To begin with they look superb and there’s a wide range of choice both in style and design to select from. If you would like a modern-day overall appeal then you can get just that, with contemporary designs to go together with the times. But if you want the appeal of traditional front doors, you can also find Victorian, Georgian and Edwardian designs to pick from.
On top of this you can pick a colour that properly suits your home. Whether you select a traditional white or black door, or might prefer the daring red, blue or green, the ultimate decision is yours.
But what about the composite door’s additional features? As well as a strong overall look, you take advantage of outstanding insulation and a durable, resistant installation. The construction of the door ensures heat is unable to pass thorough and exit your property, bringing down your expensive energy expenses.
Composite doors are constructed to resist impacts and the weather too, lasting for decades with essentially no maintenance. A GRP (Glass reinforced plastic) skin helps you to protect the front door making sure it continues to look great for quite some time to come.

The London Borough of Lewisham is a London borough in south-east London, England and forms part of Inner London. The borough wasestablished in 1965, by the London Government Act 1963, as an amalgamation of the former area of the Metropolitan Borough of Lewisham plus the Metropolitan Borough of Deptford, which had been established in 1900 as divisions of the County of London. However, minor boundary changes have occurred since its creation. One of the most important amendments were made in 1996, when the previous part of the Royal Docks in Deptford was transferred from the London Borough of Greenwich.
The local authority is Lewisham London Borough Council and it is based in Catford. The borough covers an overall area of around 13.57 square miles. It is enclosed by the Royal Borough of Greenwich to the east, the London Borough of Bromley towards the south and the London Borough of Southwark to the west. The River Thames forms a short section of northern boundary with the Isle of Dogs inside the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Deptford Creek, Pool River, River Quaggy and River Ravensbourne pass through the borough.
In line with population estimates produced during 2014, Lewisham is a borough with roughly 291933 permanent residents. Around 43 per cent of households are owner-occupiers. The Prime Meridian passes through Lewisham. Blackheath, Goldsmiths, University of London and Millwall F.C. are located inside the borough.
