Controlling the way your house is heated is among the better ways to reduce expensive energy expenses and leave you with more disposable earnings at the end of every month. In fact, 60% of your power bill is from heating the home, so it’s certainly a good place to start.
With the right controls you’ll be able to keep your house at a comfy temperature, while at the same time not squandering further money on fuel. You’ll also be able to keep your household carbon emissions down as well.
The good news is, heating control systems can be used with any boiler, no matter the design or age. This means there’s a saving to make if you just go out there and get it.
By installing a heating control system you’ll save in between £70 and £150 every year. In addition there are plenty of CO2 emissions to be lowered also and you’ll slash between 310kg and 630kg annually.
Also consider the temperature you have your thermostat set on. By only turning it down a single degree, you can save approximately £75 annually and won’t feel a difference in temperature either.

Brockenhurst is the biggest town by population within the New Forest in Hampshire, England. The closest city is Southampton some 13 miles (21 km) to the North East, while Bournemouth is also nearby, 15 miles (24 km) South West. Bordering communities as well as villages include Beaulieu, Lymington, Lyndhurst, as well as Sway. The western part of the village substantially increased in the 1970s and, in the very early 1990s, Berkeley Homes built Ober Park, which is currently referred to as The Coppice, this regardless of having been known as Clerks (or variations thereof) from the 13th to 19th centuries. A lot more building and construction of the town still continues today by Pennyfarthing Homes. Brockenhurst is twinned with Pont St Martin, in Loire-Atlantique, France and also has a population of 3,552 people (at 2011).
