Abbots Langley is a big village in Hertfordshire in England with a population of 10,472. It is near to Watford and many people commute there, and it was formerly part of the Watford Rural District. It is now in the Three Rivers District.

Abbots Langley is likely to be most famous for being the home of Pope Adrian IV, the only Englishman to ever become Pope. He was born Nicholas Breakspear in around 1100.
