Belgravia is a district in West London inside the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Most of Belgravia was once owned by Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster, who created it during the 1820s and onwards. Thomas Cubitt mainly worked on the project.
