It has become a lot more expensive to move house. Consider each of the payments and fees for relocating. There are the estate agents, solicitors and then stamp duty, which may very easily amount to thousands of pounds.
As such, enhancing the property instead has become a lot more popularly in the UK. Why throw away money on moving when you could add value to your own home. And extensions have turned out to be among the best ways to do just this.
You could look at making use of some wasted space in your house such as the loft or basement and focus on a conversion. But extensions are a more attractive option for many reasons. Sunrooms are very similar to conservatories, with plenty of natural light surging into the extension as a result of large glass window panes.
