Barton-upon-Humber or Barton is a town and civil parish in North Lincolnshire, England. In line with the 2011 Census, the town boasts a permanent resident population of around 11066 people. The significance of the human remains lies in their representing the pathology of an isolated group over the time period around 950 and 1850.
