Belgravia is a district in West London inside the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The majority of Belgravia was previously owned by Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster, who developed it through the 1820s and onwards. Thomas Cubitt mainly worked on the project.
