Would you like to save on your energy bills? Geothermal heat pumps might be your answer and by making use of Local Pros you can compare and contrast heat pump quotes in Aberfoyle to find out if the environmentally friendly technology is right for you.
So what is a geothermal power heat pump? Also known as a ground source heat pump, these renewable technologies take natural energy from the ground and convert it into heat for the house.
They’re fitted into a borehole in the garden and connecting pipes link the technology to your home’s heating system. This eliminates the necessity to get National Grid gas and electricity.
Therefore you’ll be ready to lower energy bills by some £600 each year, ensuring a future without increasing energy prices influencing your expenses. As well as this there’s also a Government incentive set to come into place where you earn for all environmentally friendly heat produced.
If a ground source heat pump sounds like something you might take advantage of, why not look at heat pump costs in Aberfoyle and find out if the installation might suit your budget. It’s free and there’s no obligation to the service.

Aberfoyle is a community in Stirling, Scotland. It is about 27 miles from Glasgow. It lies along the River Forth at the base of Craigmore which is 420 metres high. In 2010, it was thought that the population was 800.
During the 1820s to the 1950s, the slate quarries on Craigmore were a principal industry for Aberfoyle. Other industries, established in the 1720s, included wool spinning and a lint mill.
From 1882, Aberfoyle had its own railway station, but this shut to passengers in 1951 and to commercial traffic in 1959. Nowadays the community is supported by the forestry industry and tourism.
Aberfoyle calls itself ‘The Gateway to the Trossachs’. Its position attracts visitors as they can go to see Loch Lomond and the Lake of Menteith, Scotland’s lone lake. The closeby Queen Elizabeth Forest Park organises walks round the local lochs. Aberfoyle also has the largest Go Ape adventure course in the UK, featuring the longest zipline in the country. Tourists can also see the ‘Quack Commandoes’, where a sheepdog herds Indian Runner ducks!
