Abbots Langley is a big village in Hertfordshire in England with a population of 10,472. It is close to Watford and many people commute there, and it was part of the Watford Rural District. It is now in the Three Rivers District.

Abbots Langley is perhaps most famous for being the birthplace of Pope Adrian IV, the only Englishman to ever become Pope. He was born Nicholas Breakspear in around 1100.
