Looking for commercial roofing in Aberdeenshire/Scotland? Our commercial roof covering specialists in Aberdeenshire/Scotland are going to give you the very best quotes for having commercial roofing installed or replaced.
Commercial roofing might be needed for quite a few reasons, especially if the current roof needs repair or it’s going to be placed on a brand new build.
There are several factors which will play a role in the design and planning of a new commercial roof structure and the cost will all be determined by the size and style you choose.
Thermoplastic roofing is particularly popular. This type of roofing is made from a durable material with high temperature tolerance. The material is a favourite for commercial roofs because it’s resistant to uv and chemical exposure. The roof structure can last more than 20 years, having a great resistance for fire, punctures and high wind loads.
You may also consider EPDM roofing. The durability and flexibility of EPDM roofing tends to make it a popular material in the commercial roofing world. These types of roof material have the advantage of being much easier to install, maintain and repair too, adding to their popularity.
If you’d like to install commercial roofing then make certain to compare quotations between vetted specialists in Ellon. This way you will get the top price and offer available for you in Ellon.

Ellon is a town in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It is roughly 16 miles (26 kilometres) north of Aberdeen, lying on the River Ythan, which has one of the few undeveloped river estuaries on the eastern coast of Scotland. It is in the ancient region of Formartine. Its name is strongly believed to stem from the Gaelic term Eilean, an island, on account of the existence of an island in the River Ythan, which supplied a convenient fording point. In accordance with population estimations from 2006, the town has a permanent resident population of around 9860 people. Ellon has benefited from the North Sea oil demand, and is one of the major dormitory towns for Aberdeen. Routine and regular bus services link Ellon with Aberdeen, Inverurie, Peterhead, Fraserburgh and surrounding towns and towns, serving both the town centre and the large Park and Ride facility at the eastern edge of the town. Ellon becomes part of the proposed Energetica corridor of development. The population is increasing as young families seek to get out of Aberdeen and relocate to surrounding towns like Ellon, Inverurie and Banchory. During 2006, Ellon ranked as the town with the fourth most quickly increasing average house prices in Scotland. Places of interest within the town feature the ruins of Ellon Castle, surrounded by walls known as the Deer Dyke, and the Auld Brig, a category A listed bridge across the Ythan, constructed in 1793 and still in use as a pedestrian bridge. The Riverside Park offers pathways by the side of the Ythan, from which herons, salmon, trout and otters may be observed. The Meadows sports centre has various sporting facilities and clubs, including football and rugby pitches, an astroturf pitch for hockey, a gym, and a multi-use sports hall. For all your home makeovers, make sure to find respected professionals in Ellon to make certain of quality.
