The 2011 census recorded a population of 6,273. Today the town includes design from the Medieval, Tudor, Georgian, Victorian and also 20th century. The church also houses the tomb of Fulke Greville, grandfather of Fulke Greville, 1st Baron Brooke. The church’s Georgian nave with Doric columns and plastered ceiling is thought to have been developed by Francis Smith of Warwick, manager of its restore by Woodward bros of Chipping Camden in 1729.
