The heating system is amongst the most significant parts of your property. Your boiler provides you with heat and hot water all through the year and the chances are you take little notice of it. Why would you if it’s rolling out heat all through the year without having a problem?
But exactly how costly are your energy bills? Were you aware that swapping your boiler will save you more than £300 a year on bills due to the improved performance? If your central heating boiler is more than 10-years old, then the likelihood is there’s a huge saving to make.
Nonetheless, investing in a new central heating boiler isn’t the cheapest of home improvements. It’s not the priciest either, and you can be looking at between £1,500 and £2,000 for a very efficient combination boiler.
To help beat this initial expense you may contemplate boiler finance. With finance you’ll pay a regular monthly fee for however long you choose to cover the price of the central heating boiler. This can be as little as twelve months and certainly helps people who can’t afford the entire one-off payment.
If your boiler breaks down unexpectedly too, you might like to think about boiler finance with no funds easily available in the bank. Boiler finance is perfect and although there exists a small interest charge, it’s a handy alternative.
