Henley-on-Thames is a town and civil parish on the River Thames in the English county of Oxfordshire. It is located about 7 miles (11 kilometres) northeast of Reading and 7 miles west of Maidenhead. It was formed in 1998, and officially opened by Queen Elizabeth II.
